Sales Associate - Part Time

We're looking for a phenomenal sales associate that can provide legendary customer service with a smile.  Are you eager to work hard, dependable, honest, motivated, courteous and drama free?  Can you greet customers as they walk in the door, help them find the perfect tool and mix paint...all at the same time?  If you are that super rare sales associate, we want you now.

You will be responsible for offering helpful solutions to customers' home improvement needs.  Some of your tasks will include driving sales, maintaining stock and store appearance, building sales skills and product knowledge, and maintaining safety, security and integrity.  Ability to lift at least 50 pounds is a must.  Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

This is a part time position, 15 - 25 hours per week and requires availability 8am - 6pm during the week and all store hours on Saturday AND Sunday.  Applicants MUST HAVE previous retail hardware experience or trade experience, especially plumbing or electrical.  You must also have a big smile and love helping customers.

Compensation - $11 per hour plus incentive opportunities.

Drug testing and background check will be required prior to hire.
